User Interface Development

Background

AXA Mandiri, a large insurance company, was looking to motivate their internal teams by creating a digital experience with a reward to go out of town.

Problem:

How do we create a fun digital experience, that’s easy to use, quick and can entice their teams.

Solutions:

A dance-dance revolution meets guitar hero type of game, specified for the countries they get to visit with custom layout and characters.

Opportunity:

A new way to motivate internal operations! Nothing like this was ever done before in AXA, and it was an honor to be able to find a new opportunity for their human recourses division.

Goals of research

Our research for this project included interviewing members of the AXA teams, our internal team and performing some team building activities to determine which ones would aid in the most motivation and progress for internal communication.

User Interface Development

Our process began with sketch of the overall look and feel, which then proceeded to building of the interface, the identity and the overall flow of the web-based game.
